Pixit puts in a lot of effort and resources to provide you, our customer, with the best product as possible.

• All Pixit products are printed using a 6-color technology, with no additional charge
• All Pixit products go through our Pixit Live system in order to sharpen and improve the images as much as possible
• All Pixit products are printed and produced in state-of-the-art machinery

And yet, since we are a company that deals with smiles and we wish for you to be as pleased as possible with your purchase, we offer the Pixit with U service.

Pixit with U lets you order one of our products, see its quality for yourself, and if you’re not happy with it, we’ll gladly replace it with a new copy or give you a full refund.

How does it work?

1. Dissatisfied with the product you received?
2. Send the product back via registered mail within 3 days of receiving it. Be sure to tell us the reason for your dissatisfaction and, of course, your contact details – click here for our contact details.
3. Your account will be refunded within 7 business days of receiving the product at our offices, or you will receive a new product – as per your request.
